At Breeze and Bloom Wellness, we provide Yoga Classes and exciting Dance Fitness sessions in the Medway Area of Kent. Additionally, we offer 'Speak and Be Heard,' which features listening sessions designed to give you the opportunity to truly 'Speak and Be Heard'

At Breeze and Bloom Wellness, our mission is to bring peace and serenity to a world full of chaos. We are dedicated to creating a nurturing space where mind, body, and spirit can realign, helping you to breathe deeply, bloom fully, and embrace balance in every season of life.
Hi I'm Victoria. For nearly two decades, I served in front-line Policing. While those 17 years gave me a unique perspective on human nature and resilience, they also taught me a hard lesson about the reality of burnout. This led to me taking a much-needed career break.
Having experienced the physical and mental toll of chronic stress first-hand, I didn't just want to "recover". I wanted to understand.
I’ve dedicated the last several years to mastering the tools that facilitate true, sustainable recovery.
My Qualifications & Approach
I believe in a multi-dimensional approach to health. My background combines physical therapy, mental health advocacy, and educational training to provide a "whole-person" support system.
· Mind & Body: Qualified Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist.
· Mental Health: Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness.
· Education: Level 3 AET (Award in Education and Training) Certificate.
· Level 3 NEBOSH HSE Certificate
· Ongoing Growth: Currently studying as a Counsellor and a Health and Wellbeing Coach."
When I’m not studying or practicing, I’m recharging at home with my husband and my constant companion—my dog, Franky
At Breeze and Bloom Wellness, our Yoga Classes in Kent are thoughtfully designed for beginners—ideal if you’re new to Yoga or returning after a break. We also offer variations for those with more experience or who are looking for a deeper challenge. Our classes emphasize the importance of building strength, which is vital as we age. That’s why our sessions are structured into three parts: Strength Building, Flexibility, and Relaxation. No matter where you are on your Yoga journey, our classes at Breeze and Bloom Wellness are here to support you.

"Speak and Be Heard" offers dedicated 45-minute sessions designed for those who feel "stuck." This is a collaborative space where you can talk through the hurdles currently in your way, verbalise your frustrations, and proactively brainstorm practical solutions.
We believe you already hold the answers. Our role is simply to provide the stillness and the space for your innate wisdom to surface
Is This Counselling?
It is important to understand the distinction. While these sessions are supportive and confidential, this is not counselling or psychotherapy.To help you decide if this is the right fit, here is a comparison of how we might categorise different needs:
“Speak and Be Heard” Sessions

Session Details
· Format: 45-minute sessions held via Zoom.
· Cost: £30 per session.
